If Cloud PBX Desktop for Windows has not been regularly updated, it may no longer load. To resolve this issue, try the below options:
Update the app from the Help menu
If you can still load the app:
- Click the Help menu and select Check for updates.
This will download the latest version and attempt to update the Cloud PBX Desktop app.
Download and install the latest version
If you cannot still load the app, or if presents a license issue:
- In a web browser, navigate to https://rwts.com.au/cpbxdesktop/CloudPBX_win_latest.msi. This will download the latest version of CloudPBX Desktop app.
- After this has downloaded, open the MSI file and run through the installation steps. The installer will update your Cloud PBX Desktop to the latest version preserving your current settings.
When complete, load the Cloud PBX Desktop app and attempt a test call.
