Under Windows 2016, 2019 and 2022 users may experience an issue with starting CloudPBX Desktop. This issue is common for customers using CloudPBX desktop in a hosted, virtual or terminal server environment.
CloudPBX Desktop depends on the "Wireless Lan Service" (wlanapi.dll) that is not present by default in Windows 2016, 2019 and 2022.
To install the Wireless LAN Service, your system administrator will need to install the Wireless Networking Feature into Windows.
To install the Wireless Networking Service, run Powershell as an Administrator and execute:
Install-WindowsFeature Wireless-Networking
