Transferring a call from Polycom VVX series

There are a couple of ways to transfer a call, most commonly its done by the following process:

1. Call comes in
2. Call is answered
3. Press transfer
4. Type in extension/number to transfer to
5. Wait for transfer to appear as a screen prompt or soft key depending on model, then press transfer. 
6. Call is transferred.

Alternatively, especially when numerous calls come in at the same time:

1. Call comes in
2. Call is answered
3. Press transfer
4. Type in extension/number to transfer to
5. Press send (green phone symbol button on screen or soft key)
6. Call is now transferred.
