If you are configuring your Hosted PBX extension on your physical phone or soft phone and are unable to use our auto-provisioning service, you will need the following details.
You can access the PBX management interface at http://hv.realworld.net.au
| SIP Server | hv.realworld.net.au (use DNS SRV) or 114.141.98.18 (load balanced IP address) |
| SIP Domain | hv.realworld.net.au |
| SIP Port | 5060 UDP or TCP |
| Username | Provided to you at the time of connection |
| Password | Provided to you at the time of connection |
| Allowed Codecs | As configured on your extension |
| Media IP Range | 114.141.98.0/24 |
| Media Port Range | 10000 - 20000 |
