Historically, we've always presented our inbound CID in 0N (Australian) format.
As we support more PBX environments as first class citizens (including Twilio, Teams, and others) for our customers more advanced call flow needs, we've added some additional support for presenting Caller ID in E.164 and +E.164 format.
We've also added the option to send calls in +E.164 format, which simplifies identification of calls as being in international E.164 format for some systems.
These features can be activated per-endpoint by our support team. If you require this, please open a support ticket.
