Real World offers a range of NBN services using the NBN Multi-Technology-Mix (MTM). These services can be delivered using Fibre to the Premises (FTTP), Fibre to the Node (FTTN), Fibre to the Basement (FTTB), Fixed Point Wireless (FPW), Fibre to the Curb (FttC) or Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC).
In most cases you should have been supplied a compatible NBN modem for your service pre-configured and ready to go.
If you have not, you should have been provided a username and password to configure your service. If you do not have these, please open a ticket with our support team.
Our NBN services are configured using PPPoE on your NBN compatible modem.
Please enter your username in the format:
Username: asdf123@nbn.realworld.net.au
Password: <supplied by us to you>
Your service should connect relatively quickly, and you should be able to connect to the internet.
You can track your usage at https://smile.realworld.net.au/cat using the Customer Access Toolkit credentials provided to you when you signed up.
