We understand that there are many occasions in which our clients will have their offices and phones closed and require an informational message to play before hanging up or going to voicemail.
In these occasions, we offer three methods of providing the recordings to be applied.
Direct recording from handset/extension
We can send a call from our system to a chosen handset which plays the following message:
"Please leave your message after the tone.
When done, hang up or press the hash key."
The recording created here will be directly uploaded into our system where we can then apply it to the specified times and numbers.
For customers without CloudPBX Gold Support, setting this up will include a $45 EX GST Basic Change Fee
Send us an audio file containing the recording
You can send us an audio file of the recording in a ticket/email, which we will then convert to the necessary format for our system
Supported formats include:
- .wav
- .mp3
- .m4a
- .ogg
- .aiff
- .flac
Don't worry if you don't know what format your file is in, we'll let you know if it is unsupported
