You can use the Disk Clean-up tool to free up disk, delete temporary files and system files from your device that is no longer needed.

In the search box on the taskbar, type Disk Clean-up, then select it from the results.

If you have more than one hard disk, select the drive you want to clean up files for, then select OK.

Select the check box next to each type of content you want to delete. To view a description of each type of file, select the name.
By default, Downloaded Program Files, Temporary Internet Files, and Thumbnails are selected. Select all the other checkboxes to delete their content as well. - Click OK to begin. You may see a warning box, click Delete Files.
It may take some time to complete depending on how much content is present.
Continue to perform this periodically to maintain space or remove unneeded files.
