On Windows computers with high resolution displays, Citrix Receiver may display a small black screen instead of the application stream on launch.
To fix this, try the below setting changes.
Fix #1
- In the Windows notification area, locate the Citrix Receiver icon, right-click it and choose Advanced Preferences.
- In the Advanced Preferences, click High DPI.
- In the Scale the session for high resolution window, click Yes and Save. Close any open preference screen.
- Right-click the Citrix Receiver icon again in the notification icon area and click Exit so Citrix reloads the changes when next starting.
The streaming app should now display correctly.
