CloudPBX - How to create and apply voice recordings
- Go to Media Files -> Voice Recordings
- You will get a list of all the organisation’s voice recordings

- Click the ‘Create Voice Recording’ button on the bottom of the screen

- You can create a new recording in 2 ways
- Via phone
- Via uploaded files
- To record via phone: type in the name of the recording
- Under ‘Format’ make sure it is set to ‘wav’
- Select the extension you want to be rung to record
- Press ‘Start Recording’ – this will ring the phone, and it will start recording from the moment it’s picked up until the moment it is hung up
- There are specific file formats needed if you choose to upload a recorded file – it has to be wav, 16-bit PCM, 8 kHz
