- From your CloudPBX handset or softphone, dial your extension to access the voicemail menu.
- Enter your Password.
- Press 0 for Mailbox options.
- Press 1 to record your Unavailable message.
- Record your message and then press # to stop recording.
- Press 1 to Accept, Press 2 to listen to it, or press 3 to re-record.
- Done
