When configuring Queues in call flows, a number of options can be added in the Queue Options field to help customise the calling experience. This is a list of the common options that users can use.
i
- Prevent call forward requests. This stops calls being forwarded from a handset, preventing unexpected call flow behavioursC
- Send an "Answered Elsewhere" message when a queue with simultaneous ring is answered by another handset. This can prevent "Missed Call" notifications appearing for users on their handsets.r
- Ring instead of playing Music on Hold. Announcements are still played.R
- Ring when a queue member is actually ringing. This means that MoH will play when a call is not ringing an active participant, but when the queue application is connecting to a user, will play Music on Holdn
- No retries on timeout. When the queue timeout is reached, even if you are in the middle of a retry attempt, proceed to the next step in the call flow.
